Privacy policy

2. Data collected. The sabisys.be website only collects personal data when you send it to us voluntarily through the contact form: name or company name, email address, telephone number (optional) and the content of your message. No data is collected without your knowledge when you simply browse the site.

3. Purpose and lawful basis. This data is used solely to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial proposal (pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). It is never used for unsolicited marketing, nor passed on or sold to third parties.

4. Retention period. Requests are kept for as long as they are being handled and for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless there is an ongoing contractual relationship or a legal obligation to keep them longer.

5. Cookies and audience measurement. This site uses no advertising cookies. Only local technical storage (your choice regarding the cookie banner) is saved in your browser; it cannot identify you. Site traffic is measured with Matomo, a tool hosted on our own servers: it works without cookies, IP addresses are anonymised and no data is passed to third parties.

6. Hosting and security. The site and emails are hosted with providers located in the European Union. SabiSys applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

7. Your rights. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at privacy@sabisys.be and we will reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
