Remote support

We take control. You stay in charge.

Most fixes are sorted in a few minutes, with no visit needed. Follow these three steps with your SabiSys technician on the line.

1
Download our support toolClick the button below: the TeamViewer QuickSupport download starts from our official TeamViewer link.
2
Open the downloaded fileRun "TeamViewer QuickSupport" from your downloads. No installation: it opens directly and shows your ID and a password.
3
Give your ID to your technicianRead out the ID shown, by phone on +32 4 325 51 40. You see everything we do on screen, and the connection ends the moment you close the tool.

Trouble downloading, or on a Mac? Call us on +32 4 325 51 40.

Security reflex: only use this tool when you are in contact with SabiSys. We will never call you out of the blue to ask you to install remote-control software. If in doubt, hang up and dial +32 4 325 51 40 yourself.

What you keep in your control

Throughout the session, you see your screen exactly as we see it: every click, every window opened, every file viewed. You stay in charge of your machine and you can take back control or close the tool at any time. The connection needs the ID shown on your screen: without it, no one can connect, and it changes every time the tool starts.

As soon as you close the window, access ends: nothing stays installed or active in the background. We never ask for your passwords: if something needs typing, you type it yourself, and we look away while you do.
